OUR LIABILITY

We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.

Our liability for any losses you may suffer as a result of a breach of this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.

This does not include or limit in any way our liability:
a. For death or personal injury caused by our negligence
b. Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987
c. For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
d. For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
We are not responsible for indirect losses.

CARE OF YOUR NEW WOLFYBED

Your new Wolfybed is designed for style, comfort and practicality however there are a few important considerations when it comes to looking after your new bed.

Due to the vibrant colours used in our beds, care should be taken when considering where to locate your new Wolfybed as dye transference may occur onto lighter furnishings or materials over a period of time. Our covers are fully machine washable on a gentle 30c wash. They should be washed separately as colour transfer may occur. Do not tumble dry or expose to direct heat. We advise against washing the internal cushions.

MARK THEIR TERRITORY – PERSONALISATION SERVICE

Once the personalisation of your bed is completed, your order cannot be altered or cancelled. Please ensure you have correctly typed your pet’s name before submitting your order as mistakes cannot be rectified or returned to us. See Wolfybeds Returns & Refunds policy for further information on this subject.

WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

NOTICES

All notices given by you to us must be given to WOLFYBEDS at sales@wolfybeds.co.uk. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.

GENERAL

WOLFYBEDS reserves the right to refuse any order. We will notify you if your order is refused.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any products items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

PRICING

All prices and payments are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

We have taken every care in the content of this website to ensure accuracy; however some prices or details shown on the website could change from time to time and it is possible that errors will occur. We will endeavour to rectify any errors as quickly as possible. Should an error occur we will give you the option of either confirming your offer to purchase subject to the correct description or price or retracting your offer and receiving a refund if the goods have been paid for.

Whilst Wolfybeds are confident that the content on the Website is accurate and in the quality of the Product and the satisfaction the Customer will have, Wolfybeds do not guarantee that any Product is either in stock or will be exactly what the Customer believes it to be or fit for any particular purpose. In particular, Wolfybeds does not guarantee that the colour of the Product or the exact design seen on the Product Page will accurately reflect the actual Product as is.

The Customer acknowledges that Product is being ordered online and on the basis of viewing a picture of Product on the Website. All photos and descriptions including specifications and advertising on the Website are issued and published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea for Product described.

Due to the materials used, all dimensions given are approximate.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

WAIVER

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

SEVERABILITY

 If any of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be served from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which we will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Wolfybeds is a trademark and service mark of Wolfybeds Luxury Dog beds and Accessories. All unique graphics, icons, logos and service names are trademarks or service marks of Wolfybeds Luxury Dog beds and Accessories. All other trademarks or service marks are property of their respective owners. The use of any Wolfybeds Luxury Dog beds and Accessories trademark or service mark without Wolfybeds written consent is strictly prohibited. All right, title, and interest in and to this website and its content are and will remain the exclusive property of Wolfybeds and its partners. The Wolfybeds website and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the UK law and that of the law of foreign countries. You may use the content of this website only for the purpose of shopping on this website or placing an order on this website and for no other purpose. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions, you may not reproduce, modify or prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or otherwise use this website or its content.

SHIPPING POLICIES

UK standard delivery (excluding Channel Islands)

• Posting & Packaging charges are calculated upon weight of the individual products. Shipping discounts for ordering more than one item will be automatically calculated during the Checkout process.
• Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with the tracking information
• Please allow up to 5 working days from order date until delivery
• Your order will normally be sent via DPD, a traceable courier service which does not require a signature on arrival. If you are out at time of delivery your order may be left with a neighbour, hidden in a safe place or taken back to the Hermes depot. A card will be left through your door to advise. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please advise prior to dispatch.

UK Parcel Force 48 (Excluding Channel Islands)

Please note: For smaller items e.g. pet Toys or Bowls, we may use 1st Class Recorded Royal Mail as an alternative to Parcel Force which will result in a quicker service.

This is a traceable service with delivery guaranteed within 48hrs (working days)

• Posting & Packaging charges are calculated upon weight of the individual products. You can select UK Parcel Force 48 delivery from the list when you go to checkout your order.
• Orders placed before 12.00 noon (GMT) on a week day will be dispatched that day for delivery within the quoted time frame. Delivery may be made on a Saturday for some postcodes.
• Orders placed after 12.00 noon (GMT) on a week day may not be dispatched until the following working day for delivery within the quoted time frame.
• Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day for delivery within the quoted time frame. Please note we cannot guarantee next day delivery to Northern Ireland, UK Off-Shore Islands, very remote locations or BFPO delivery addresses.
• Please note that during any Royal Mail Strikes we will endeavour to ship your order via another express courier so as not to cause any delays to your delivery.

WOLFYBEDS will not be held responsible for delays to any delivery services caused by any event outside its control.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts for the determination of disputes.
