Wolfybeds accept most major credit and debit cards and we also accept Paypal. Upon checkout you will be taken to the payment pages on the secure PayPal site.
To pay by credit or debit card, just fill out the easy payment form. If you would prefer to pay using PayPal, log in to your PayPal account and follow the instructions.
Shipping
We currently accept orders for delivery to UK including Northern Ireland and international locations Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and mainland France, Netherlands, Norway, Denmark and Spain (we do not ship to the Balearics or the Canary Islands), Portugal, Italy, Germany and Belgium. Please contact us for shipping to other countries.

UK delivery (excluding Channel Islands)
- Posting & Packaging charges are calculated upon weight of the individual products. Shipping discounts for ordering more than one item will be automatically calculated during the Checkout process.
- Upon despatch of your order, you will receive an email and/ or text message with the tracking and delivery information.
- Please allow up to 3 – 5 working days from order date until delivery. Personalised items however, may and usually do take longer.
- We use DPD who deliver between 7.30am – 5.30pm. Please note that for orders under 2kg in weight, we use myHermes couriers. If you are out on delivery, the courier will attempt to leave with neighbours unless you specify other. You can provide specific delivery instructions e.g. with a particular neighbour. A signature is required upon delivery, however, you can request that your parcel is left in a specified safe place around your home or garden. All delivery instructions must be requested during the ordering process.
- If the parcel cannot be delivered, a ‘While You Were Out’ card will be left by the courier. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to arrange redeliveries. The carrier will make two delivery attempts then, they will start the process to return to sender. Wolfybeds are not responsible for ‘Failed Deliveries’ or, for any additional shipping charges incurred. We reserve the right to recover any redelivery charges incurred.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight
We use myHermes trackable service which can take up to 5 working days for delivery. See below table for postcodes affected. A small surcharge is added to Isle of Man addresses to increased courier charges to these postcodes.

Once your parcel arrives in the destination country it will be subject to the Couriers T & C’s. If you are out when delivery is attempted please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redeliveries. If you are shipping to a British Forces Overseas address then during Checkout, please choose the BFPO option in the ‘Country’ drop down menu whilst completing your delivery address details. This will adjust shipping rates accordingly. We use Parcelforce for shipping to BFPO addresses.
